The 3 Boroughs Service is an NHS adult ADHD clinic run by South London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS Foundation Trust. It covers the London boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, providing ADHD assessments and medication management for adults. Access is via GP or professional referral only. As an NHS service, there is no cost to patients but waiting times may apply.
