LG Psychology

LG Psychology is a private practice led by Lauren Grainger, a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist with over 10 years of experience across NHS and private healthcare. Lauren has worked in a wide range of NHS settings including community mental health teams, child and family services, social care, pain management, learning disability services, memory assessment services and NHS staff support, and holds specialist clinical and research interests in PTSD, workplace mental health and adult ADHD. She continues to work in both an NHS hospital and in private practice. The service focuses on adult ADHD assessments, alongside therapy and coaching. Appointments are currently offered online across the UK, with face-to-face availability planned for the future. Lauren is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
